Cosmology and structure formation have been the cornerstone topics of modern astrophysical research. The new grounds to be uncovered would conceivably involve the plasma nature of the universe. Magnetic fields are ubiquitous, probed on all scales from stars to galaxies and galaxy clusters, and play an important role inmany cosmological contexts. Overall, there is a great potential in combining studies of the plasma nature of the universe with its formation aspect. Keeping this interesting possibility in mind, a Meeting on Plasma Universe and its Structure Formation was held during August 30 - September 1, 2017 at IUCAA. There were about 45 participants from IUCAA, other institutes and universities in India and abroad. Talks were arranged covering various topics related to structure formation and evolution of magnetic fields. Themeetingwas coordinated by Saumyadip Samui (PresidencyUniversity, Kolkata) andR. Srianand (IUCAA). Meeting on Plasma Universe and its Structure Formation | KHAG L | No. 112 - OCTOBER 2017 | 05
